Group pick-ups at Gatwick
Gatwick has 2 terminals: South Terminal and North Terminal. Tell us which one your flight uses and we will meet the group there.
At Gatwick, a minibus collecting a group waits in the coach park and goes to the terminal once your group is ready to board.
A minibus with up to 16 seats to central London typically costs £315 one way (£250–£380*). See all Gatwick prices.
* Includes the airport’s permit, parking or drop-off charge for a normal pick-up or drop-off. Waiting time rates may apply.
Prices are subject to the time of year, the time of day and availability.
Pick-ups from the airport usually cost a little more than drop-offs, and early-morning pick-ups can cost more.
No VAT is charged on minibus travel: like coaches, minibuses with 10 or more seats are zero-rated.
